Ms. O'Donnell was raised in Detroit and Birmingham, Michigan. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan. She graduated from Wayne State University Law School in 1984. Ms. O'Donnell is licensed to practice in State and Federal Courts throughout Michigan, the U.S. Sixth Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Ms. O'Donnell specializes in worker's compensation appeals and social security matters.
